I love this song. This is the long version which includes Prelude 12/21 before they break into Miss Murder.

Great fucking song.

Evanescence - "Bring Me To Life"

Good voice and good music. I only have their first album but it is very good overall.

Linkin Park - "Somewhere I Belong"

I'm been a fan of these guys since day one, a great mix of rock, rap, melody, and vocals.
Though I'm not as impressed with their newer material.

Rage Against The Machine -"Killing in the Name"

Always a favorite of mine since I heard my first Tom Morello riffs and Zack de la Rocha lyrics, Rage....

Dangerous Toys - "Feels Like a Hammer"

Yes, I know I like a lot of 80's stuff, but this band got my attention with their single "Scared" when it first hit the air waves. After buying the album, I found that I liked just about everything on there, especially this song, which was never released as a single and I think could have done quite well on its own.

Unfortunately, the media player only has one song from this band available and its not this one.

Tom Petty "Don't Come Around Here No More"

This is the only guy I've actually been to see live a few times. He is such a great showman and puts on a great concert, if you ever get the chance, I highly suggest it.

Skid Row - "Youth Gone Wild"

One of the great bands of the 80's and early 90's, I think these guys were underrated by many.

Iron Maiden - "Revelations" (live after death)

One of my all time favorite bands, from the guitar onslaught to Bruce's ripping vocals, just great music.

This is by far one of the greatest live albums ever.

Bush - "Little Things"

Now I know all the women like Bush because of Gavin, but the do have great music as well.

Urge Overkill - "Sister Havana"

This may have been their only big hit, but it is one of those catchy toons. All in all, a good song from the early 90's.

The Toadies - "Possum Kingdom"

Another great song that deserves more air time.

Blind Melon - "No Rain"

These guys would have been huge had Shannon Hoon not died of a heart attack caused by a cocaine overdose. This is from 1993, two years before his death.

Orgy - ''Blue Monday''

I love this fucking song.

Metallica - "The Day That Never Comes"

Nice to see Metallica got their groove back. The video is pretty cool too, a nod to the troops.

Everclear - "Santa Monica"

I've always loved the line "with my big black boots and an old suitcase."

The media player didn't have "Santa Monica" on it, so there is a different song on there, "Father Of Mine".

Dream Theater - "Pull Me Under"

I'll leave you with an old favorite for the weekend. These guys rock.

Cracker - "Low"

Just another song I've always enjoyed.

Staind - "It's Been Awhile" & "Outside" w/ Fred Durst

I've always been a big fan of these guys. A local radio station happens to be running a contest where you can get up on stage and sing Outside with Aaron Lewis when he performs this week. That would be pretty fucking cool.

I'm also including the Outside duet with Fred Durst because I love the conviction in which Aaron sings this version. Just watch and you'll see what I mean.

Guns N' Roses - "Paradise City"

Ok, nothing new here, but these guys were definite game changers as well. I absolutely love to watch Slash play guitar. Talk about a band that could have done so much more if they could have kept it together, but someones ego got in the way.

Nirvana - "Smells Like Teen Spirit"

These guys were game changers. In an era of glam bands, they ripped apart the status quo with this song forever changing the landscape of rock music.

I still remember the first time I heard this. I was handed an insiders demo tape with some new artist. This was on there and it blew my mind, I listened to it a lot for about 3 months until it hit the airwaves, and the rest is history.

Screaming Trees - "Nearly Lost You"

Kitaro - "Orochi"

This is some really cool instrumental stuff that I enjoy. Yes, its way different than what I have normally been posting. I only have this one CD by Kitaro, but it is really good.
